Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

By placing a COD order, you agree to the following legally binding conditions:

  • We reserve the right to verify COD orders via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp

  • Failure to confirm a COD order may result in automatic cancellation

COD Refusal & Abuse

  • Repeated COD refusals may result in:

    • Permanent COD ban

    • Order blacklisting

    • Legal action to recover shipping and handling costs, where applicable

Order Cancellation

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Suspected fraud or abuse

  • Non-serviceable delivery locations

  • Repeated COD order refusals

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

We operate a strict no return and no refund policy.

Replacement is provided only if:

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photo/video proof is provided

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

Approval of replacement is solely at our discretion.

Failure to provide proof within the stated time frame will result in rejection of the claim.
