We have a no return policy, which means you cannot return products once they have been delivered.

Replacements

We only offer replacement in case the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with proof of the issue.


Replacement Eligibility

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Clear photos or videos of the defect/damage must be provided

  • The issue must be verified by our team

Once approved, a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost.


Non-Replaceable Items

We do not accept replacement requests for:

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper care

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor variations in color or design due to lighting or screen differences

  • Products purchased during sales or clearance (unless faulty)


Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

If a replacement is approved but the product is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an alternative product of equal value, at our discretion.

  • Replacement shipping is free within India
